Welcome to the new Lighthouse Canine Behaviour Website :)

I’m really pleased to finally be able to welcome you to the new Lighthouse Canine Behaviour website.

The website has been fully updated to make it easier for dog owners, rescue organisations and veterinary professionals to understand who I am, how I work, and the kinds of support and services I offer.

For dog owners, my hope is the new layout gives you a better sense of what behavioural support involves, what to expect from working together and which services might be a good fit for you.

For veterinary professionals, the website now makes it easier to find referral information, understand the services I can offer your clients and submit referrals when needed.

From 2026, I will also be expanding the services I offer rescue and rehoming organisations, and these can be found on the “For Rescue Organisations” page. Having spent many years working hands-on within rescue, my passion will always be in helping rescue dogs build the skills they need to cope with change, feel safe in the world, and succeed in their future homes.

I’ll be expanding my services to include education-based support for rescue organisations and the people who care for rescue dogs every day. Alongside direct behavioural support, education plays a huge role in improving welfare and adoption outcomes. I aim to help empower dog carers, rescue staff, volunteers, adopters, and foster homes with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they need to support dogs effectively and compassionately. This work is a continuation of what has motivated me during my career and is a natural next step, allowing me to use my clinical skills alongside my practical rescue experience to support dogs.
