You can use the booking link to book an introductory call, fill in the enquiry form on the contact us page, or email us at: info@lighthousecaninebehaviour.com (or alternatively, you can ask your vet to refer you to us directly via our vet referral form). Both options allow you to provide us with details about your dog, a brief overview of the current situation, and what you’d like to work on with us.

If you contacted us by a method other than the booking link, you’ll be sent a link to book your introductory call.

I offer regular slots a few evenings a week, but if these don’t work for you, just let us know and we’ll try to find an alternative.

During the call, we’ll discuss your enquiry in more detail, help you choose the most appropriate service, and explain what happens next.

After your introductory call, you’ll be given access to the link to set your client portal. This is where you’ll find information about your dog’s support, as well as any documents and plans we create together, homework, and resources.

You’ll complete a pre-assessment tailored to the service you’ve chosen, book your first session, and pay for your package through the portal.

Time for the first session. The content of this session will differ depending on the service or package selected. To help you prepare, you will receive a client information booklet in the days leading up to the session. This will outline what is included in the package you purchased, what to expect in the session, arrangements for the session and specific instructions for things you and your dog may need to do differently on the day of the first session
